La pousiere du chemin - personnel roule assez vite quand il ne guide pas un client

En ce qui concerne la poussiere, quand il fait chaud et sec nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas l'éviter mais nous ferons remonter l'information concernant le personnel. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à Chanteloup une prochaine fois :)

Thank you for the very warm welcome. We were assigned a lovely pitch. We used the bar area a few times and had a meal too.
I would have to say that the toilet/shower facilities need updating and the pool & area seemed overcrowded (particularly with inflatables and not enough sunbeds.

We have stayed here many times. We love the size of the pitches, the beautiful environment and the staff.
Only one shower in the verger block and it was cold. The pool needs some time and money spent on it. Not enough parasols and about half don’t work as the as they are too close the the hedges and can’t be erected at all. The pool needs some signage about respecting other guests. Perhaps one of the pools to be made adult or swimming only. We were unable to swim/use either pool due to people constantly diving and jumping in.

Many thanks for this great feedback, we will do our best to improve the toilet block in La Chesnaie. As for the swimming pool, it is not a big one so when you have a lot of people coming, it is crowed, especially when it is really hot. This swimming pool is not made for swimming except if you do it early in the morning :)

Großzügige Aufteilung der Stellplätze, viele davon mit Blick auf das Château. Das Château wird unkompliziert in das Campingleben einbezogen (Liegestühle, Tischchen, Pavillion, Bar, WLAN, TV, Spielezimmer,... ). Keine übertriebenen Kinderattraktionen/ - Animationen, sehr angenehm für alle Generationen! Aufmerksames, engagiertes, Englisch - sprechendes Personal. Baguette, Croissant etc. waren spitze! Nette Radwege in unmittelbarer Nähe
Könnte mir vorstellen, daß bei Vollauslastung die Sanitäranlagen evt. nicht ausreichend sind. Während unseres Aufenthaltes aber kein Problem

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Platz für unser Wohnmobil im Wald
Restaurant hat noch "Luft nach oben" ist jedoch in Ordnung
Mening over de accommodatie :
Der großzügige Stellplatz in dem naturbelassenen weitläufigen Gelände. Wunderbare alter Baumbestand.Wir waren auf der Durchreise, haben dann noch h 1 Nacht verlängert, mehr war zeitlich leider nicht möglich
Das Restaurant könnte besser sein. Der Preis für die 1. Nacht ist sehr hoch.

My fifth visit to Chanteloup over the years, one of the few I would consider staying at these days. Fantastic setting, good location (for Le Mans 24hr), pleasant terrace. Always friendly and accommodating staff, generous and clean amenities.
