One of the best sites we have experienced in 50 years of camping. Very attentive owners always available and attractive grounds for walking. Village with basic services a 15 minute walk away.

Very enjoyable stay. Peaceful and relaxing set in a forest with nature on your doorstep and waking each morning to birdsong. Good base to explore the local area and the wider Loire valley.

it was great to return to this lovely, relaxed site. The pitches are generously sized, nearly all with water. The facilities are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool area is lovely and fully accessible, though those looking for slides and splash pools may be disappointed ( we weren't). The staff all work hard to make your stay pleasurable. The surrounding woodlands are great for walking (we have a dog and she loved it) and the local village 10 minutes walk away. the A10 motorway is about a 15 minute drive away. The site is well situated for visiting many of the Loire chateaux.

while you can order delicious bread and pastries, the shop really isn't a shop,. However there is a small supermarket in Villedomer just a short walk away. It would be nice to buy fresh milk, for example, locally.

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful reception (esp. Tim), beautiful scenery, spacious and well located pitch, great pool and close to a beautiful village.

Only spent 11 days there!

Just had a one night stay en route to further south. So helpful to accommodate our needs. Fab meal in restaurant. Facilities exceptionally clean.

Would have liked a slightly larger pitch , but that may be because we were only there for one night.

We hebben het heel fijn gehad! De staanplaatsen zijn erg ruim en mooi. Goed onderhouden! Het zwembad was ook erg fijn.

Voor jonge kinderen zou het leuk zijn wel er een speeltuintje zou zijn met Bijv een glijbaan.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very spacious place, sanitary building always very clean, really friendly staff, nice restaurant with good local food, nice (heated!) swimming pool, great location with the castel.

It would be nice if you could set the heat on the showers. Now it is fixed and sometimes it is good and sometimes it is too warm/cold.

Upon arrival we were actually recommended to go for a classic as this would provide more shade, which is what we wanted. We think this was an excellent decision and it was nice that the reception was thinking along with our wishes.
