General :

We liked arriving.! Always a very pleasant welcome from the team of people no matter what their role is. The site improvements are good especially the braided promenade segregating the wheeled from pedestrians. Accommodation and everywhere was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The hour before the slides were opened up allowed for a peaceful swim time. We first visited 35 years ago. Although the site has developed the environment and atmosphere hasn’t changed. We like arriving but we are always sorry to leave.

Whilst there’s a footbath at the entrance to the pool the overhead shower couldn’t be operated despite valiant attempt by pool guy. Options are the shower next to the pool or in the ablutions near entrance. The new waste system was a bit hit and miss. I never mastered it.

Very clean and comfortable.

Not a dislike but observation. I suspect there’s a Klargester situated somewhere behind the chalet we were in. The quiet of the night you could hear the hum of a pump or something.

General :

Fantastic friendly welcome from Santi on arrival..Country Lodge was exceptionally well equipped Our 2 dinners in the restaurant were very pleasant especially being able to take our dog Thomas with us. We enjoyed a couple of relaxing sessions in the well laid out pool complex The walking routes provided proved very useful when we wandered further afield Thomas & I really enjoyed the guided dog walk which was expertly led by a wonderful young lady who shared lots of her knowledge & hobbies with us

The folk music duo wasn't to our taste but that's more of a personal thing.

Perfectly equipped throughout even had an oven/dishwasher combination unit. Spacious and everything very clean and almost new condition Decking area really useful & spacious

Grass a bit long but we arrived early & understand why it wasn't cut while lodge occupied Lack of Internet at Lodge meant data package took a hammering but fully understand the rationale applied by the site

General :

Sécurité, tranquillité, accueil et service parfait

Une petite lumière d’ambiance dans la partie séjour serait la bien venue car éclairage trop fort

Très confortable et très fonctionnel

Store cassé dans la cuisine devant l’évier donc trop de lumière tôt le matin. Plaque de cuisson pas propre.
