General :

Great facilities on site. My 6 y o loved the football lessons and especially Mehdi the main coach. Super helpful staff at reception. Loved our spacious pitch, the slides, range of pools and quiet, rural setting. Our two young boys aged 4 and 6 were very sad to leave…

One of the 10am football coaches was constantly on her phone looking disinterested. Mehdi was superb, but at times matches were left unsupervised. Our sink leaked and lights didn’t work. The latter was fixed but the former was not. Both football goal nets need repairing (lots of holes). The playground area was ok but maybe needs updating. Feel you need a tunnel slide or proper zip wire.

Well equipped. Bigger than I’d expected. Really liked the grassy space in front of our chalet and its location - close to everything. Decent sized fridge was really helpful. Big fan essential when hot.

Could have done with a second fan so both bedrooms had one.

General :

We had a wonderful holiday at this campsite. Our children are both under 10 and they were well catered for. The swimming pool was great and it is an excellent location for some of the local attractions. I recommend puy du fou and the grand défi (which is pretty much next door). Reception staff really approachable and friendly. Everything was very clean. We booked directly with the campsite which was easy.

Again another fantastic holiday at La Garangeoire. This is our 7th year and it really is like home from home for us. Our three children aged 13, 8 and 11 all love being at La Garangeoire. This year the night walk was a massive hit and of course the night swim! Anne and Eric and all their staff continously go above and beyond to make La Garangeoire as special as it is. We are looking forward to returning again next year.

Total relaxation in a calm home from home environment. The staff were impeccable in manners and helpfulness.

Warm friendly welcome is certain. Our 3 generation family holiday was such fun with every possible need provided for. Friends and other family members joined our group too. Pony rides , swimming , great slides , faster and slower, in the pool were “super”’ fun for children & grandparents, .tennis , lagoon , crazy golf , shop with fresh supplies & bakery , restaurant & take away with yummy pizzas. We can’t wait for next year. The La Garangeoire Team was outstanding in all situations. Thank you all very much.

The go karting- not maintained and looks poor- track covered in weeds. Also, clearly communicate how Lagoon is clean and hygienic- or is it?

The site was very nice, clean and tidy.

The site is promoted as a paradise for anglers. Its not a paradise. There are no carp in lake 2 over 3kg (I caught over a hundred). This is far from the 10kg that is quoted on the website. the small lake has little or no access.

Nous sommes venus 4 fois avec nos jeunes enfants, et maintenant nous venons rejoindre nos enfants et petits enfants à la Garangeoire ou les facilités continuent à être développées et améliorées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le promenade historique fait par la direction/famille et le grand espace pour chaque emplacement. Tout le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. Un camping exceptionnel ! Nous reviendrons tous dès que possible.

Le cadre, vraiment, c'est un plaisir pour les yeux, toute cette végétation,, ce parc magnifique, le lac, la forêt, le calme, la nature, les oiseaux. Les emplacements avec chacun un petit jardin à l'abri des regards, la propreté et l'entretien des espaces verts. Et une mention spéciale pour l'accueil des animaux domestiques. J'ai choisi cet endroit pour cela, pouvoir venir avec mon chien, et nous avons été super bien reçu. Et sincèrement le domaine est vraiment magnifique et les ballades autours un véritable délice.

J'ai mis 5 pour les services, parce-que en hors saison, rien ne fonctionne vraiment. Je note tout de même que nous sortions a peine d'un 2e confinement et que la saison débutait juste, mais c'est dommage quand on est en vacances, on a envie de s'offrir quelques plaisirs comme le restaurant, ou le SPA, ou un soin. Tout cela ne fonctionnait pas encore ou seulement le W.E. Par contre, l'équipe , en cas de demande réalisable, a toujours à cœur de trouver une solution pour vous apporter satisfaction.

La grande douche, c'est un véritable confort pour des personnes comme moi un peu forte. La propreté et la qualité des équipements modernes du chalet. Le joli jardin bien séparé des autres. Le Barbecue à disposition.

Dans le chalet les peupliers, il manque une lampe d'appoint dans le salon et surtout une poêle plus grande, car pour quatre personnes celle présente est vraiment trop petite.

General :

L'accueil, le fait d'avoir un rapport privilégié avec le personnel et la direction. Le lieu est très beau. Une sensation de bien-être tout au long du séjour.

Excellent as usual. Bit quite due to the pandemic but suited us ok as we liked the peace. Staff and reception ect were all excellent and are thanks go to all the team that made it possible this year. We cannot comment on the bathing or catering as we did not use them.
