La climatisation

Les lames de terrasse qui bouge et manque un rideau dans l espace salon.

General :

Enormous spacous pitch, minimal car traffic as each avenue had only 6 pitches. Sanitory block was modern, well maintaned, cleaned regularly and never too busy. The pools were clean and offered a welcome break from the heat of the sun. We used the lake for swimming and paddleboarding most days. Enjoyed the tree rope course, best we've been on. All amenities on site were free of charge (rental deposit for equipment). Thank you for the free cold water available at the bar, nice touch and much appreciated in the hot sun. Offsite, highly recomend Zooparc de Beauval.

Enormous pitch. All equipment in good working order. Large fridge freezer (wasn't expecting freezer - bonus). BBQ was constructed of breeze blocks and at a height comfotable for standing.

We had a problem with the electricity in our area of the campsite on 2 occasions, for which the fuse box was on the edge of our pitch. Maintenance team were quick to respond but it meant extra vehicles near our pitch, often left running kicking out diesel fumes, with most of the team smoking whilst working to fix the problem, not great when trying to eat. There was also little communication from them whilst turning off and on the electricity to test ending with us losing our low vaultage equipment, this probably could have been avoided if we had been informed to un plug prior to the work.

Propre et spacieux

Portes défectueuses et télévision en panne toute la semaine. Personne n’a pu la faire fonctionner

General :

Everything about the park is great, clean, big pitches and the lake is just fabulous

Reducing the noise....2am is not acceptable for the bar area still being in use...no idea if drinks were being served but large groups congrated until the early hours and we're very noisy

Lac, bois, cadre arboré et fleuri, équipement (piscine, accrobranche) mobil-home, qualité des spectacles le soir

La simplicité

La place de parking pour la cabane est inexistante.

General :

Camping ligt aan een meertje, waar we gezwommen en gepeddeld hebben. Tennisbanen gebruikt, jeu de boules, tafeltennis: erg prettig.

Het restaurant verdient aandacht.

Alles was tip top in orde. Ik heb geen opmerkingen over de camping. Wij komen zeker en vast terug

Het containerpark zou beter georganiseerd kunnen worden. Het is leuk dat sorteren aangemoedigd wordt. Maar het is geheel onduidelijk waar wat moet. Een duidelijk opschrift op de containers is dan ook aangewezen. Bijv. Een container voor papier, een container voor pmd, een container voor groenten fruit en tuinafval en eentje voor restafval….

General :

Lots to do for families (most at extra cost), toilet and showers block was immaculate and clean (hot showers!)

Reduce the level of noisy coming from the evening entertainment. A better sound proofed stage would help. Also tell guests on arrival about proximity to main area and how loud it will be every night. You can't talk outside or hear radio over the entertainment. Rubbish and recycling nowhere near the pitches. Saw people driving cars to the bin area. Site information on arrival said there was food waste but this wasn't true.

Very big pitch

Not very well maintained. Lumpy, rough ground at tap point and overgrown hedges (where there were some)and long grass.

General :

Réactivité à la réception pour le frigo qui ne marchait pas Très jolie piscine extérieure Animations du soir très bien (miss drey, hypnotiseur)

Grosses ronces sur l'emplacement Cabanon avec des crottes de rongeurs (signalé à la réception). Peut être mettre des répulsifs à rongeur car ils nous gênaient la nuit. Un babybel écrasé sur le rebord de la piscine tout le long du séjour Piscine extérieure trop froide Vendre des bouchons d oreille à la supérette pour le bruit la nuit.
