L'emplacement ombragé du chalet, le site du lac avec les activités, les balades autour du lac, la disposition espacee entre les chalets, les activités et animations du soir

La communication sur le programme des animations : il a fallu chercher où avait lieu l'animation ciblée (pourquoi ne pas l'indiquer sur le programme ?), pizzas de la pizzeria pas bonnes. Votre site internet n'est pas à jour (on y parle de soirées mousse qui, renseignements pris à la réception, n'existent plus depuis 3 ans au moins; de canirandos, de chemins balisés en forêt (nous avons testé la promenade "forêt" partant du bord du lac, au premier carrefour de sentiers plus d'indication). La propreté : petits déchets un peu partout sur le site + triage déchets: mélange déchets dans conteneurs.

La situation ombragée, la disposition des pièces ( pièce de vie au milieu et chambres à chaque extrémité), proximité du lac

Propreté : sol du chalet manifestement pas lavé à l'eau ( le premier jour nous avions tous la plante des pieds noire!)

General :

Accueil (merci Sophie )super de tout le personnel, animateurs au top ( merci spécial à Thomas et l'équipe d' accrobranche)balade en forêt, piscine, activités, spectacle ,on a passé une super semaine .

Petit bémol sur le mobil home vieillissant mais l'équipe technique a été très réactive .

Avons passé un super week end , camping propre, multiples activités possibles en supplément et pleins de services accessibles sans sortir du camping ( supérette, resto ...)

Manque de parasols ou de voile ombrage au lac et à l'espace piscine. Prix de l'Emplacement camping-car excessif (110€ la Nuit, peu d'écart avec des locations chalets ou mobilhome ...)

Very busy site during peak season, pitches are nice and large and we were happy to he in the far corner error away from the main amenities but we felt the site wasn't prepared to cope with the numbers of people. 3 hour wait for pizza, no hand soap in the toilets on numerous occasions and over subscribed activities... the lake and woods are beautiful and you get a real sense of space there but the pool during the day and bar area in the evening were too busy and we felt the staff were trying their hardest but the staffing levels weren't able to handle the sheer volume of people.

Bigger pizza oven. More soap refills in the toilets during the day, more sunbeds by the pool, more staff serving and better catering options.

We were in the far corner and felt we had plenty of space and lots of privacy, birdsong in the morning was a beautiful way to wake up every morning!

L’originalité

Un peu onéreux pour la prestation.

General :

De zwemmogelijkheden (buiten, binnen of in het meer) zijn heerlijk. Daarnaast is er ene prachtig toilet-/douche gebouw en een fijne campingwinkel.

Zelf hadden wij liever een plek met meer schaduw gehad. Deze zijn er wel, dus let op welke plek je reserveert. Daarnaast waren er in de laatste dagen helaas problemen met de elektra op onze plek en de plekken om ons heen, dit heeft voor wat overlast en een aantal kapotte opladers gezorgd helaas.

Ruime staanplaats met fijne koelkast + vriesvak en tuinmeubilair.

Het was nogal een knollenveld, veel gaten/kuilen. Daardoor hadden wij met de tent weinig keuze hoe we hem neer konden zetten.

Que l'on puisse tout avoir sur place pas besoin de prendre la voiture

Une horloge extérieur / quelque plantes exotique / bureau de tabac et pouvoir faire de la monnaie plus facilement

Location, the lake & pool are a great asset to the site . Yoga class was amazing! Thank you for providing this relaxing opportunity just 5 mins away from the site .

More sun loungers . As an older active couple who meet family here with teenagers, the prices for the holiday did not reflect the amount we actually used the activities & events that were organised. I feel that we didn’t perhaps get value for money. However I feel for families with younger children it is a great value holiday.

The suite was just fantastic, very clean & the shower was really good - also this area was great for storage. Loved the washing up area where the fridge was .

Fridge was a little bit tired & probably needed replacing, also the decking in this area needs some work.
