General :

We liked the site it was clean and well thought out. All the tag were polite and friendly and very helpful.

The kids liked the pool, but it got so busy in the afternoon. There’s needed to be more pool space. Plus they were disappointed with the slides, they were uncomfortable to ride on. I found there was lots for my 7 year old but less for my 11 year old to do. He did kids club one day and was the oldest there by a couple of years.

Nice pitch, quiet well equipped.

Pitch was very very stony and also much smaller than all the other premium Pitches. The freezer section of the fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep ice frozen.

General :

Water refill machines, beautiful grounds , lots of activities

Would be nice to have more choice at the take out

General :

This was our fourth time staying with you. It was very enjoyable despite the heatwave! Children loved the swimming pool, the horse trekking and the Wi-Fi zones. Really enjoyed the wine and cheese evenings. The ice cream counter and fresh croissants are a big hit. The refilling of water bottles is a great initiative

Air conditioning in accommodation is necessary due to heat and mosquitoes. The lagoon has deteriorated since our last stay and wasn’t very popular with guests. It needs to be improved so guests can enjoy it. There needs to be more organised meetings or activities for young teens. The football pitch has become very hard due to heat pack of rain and wear and tear. It’s too easy for the kids to sustain an injury playing on such hard ground.

Really enjoyed the new accommodation. Layout is great and new crockery. Needs air conditioning due to heat and mosquitoes.

General :

The site is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was uncomfortable - the beds had hard, thin mattresses and the outdoor furniture was flimsy and uncomfortable.

Made to feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived. We were escorted to our pitch which was really great and advised of site facilities. Washroom facilities were good. We found Entertainment programme good. Tennis courts great and nice bike rides.

Finding seating around pool would be difficult some days.

Escorted to pitch which is a nice touch and takes the pressure off when you arrive. A really large pitch with shade. Water tap near by. All good.

General :

All staff were extremely friendly polite and efficient. Lovely setting. Our pitch was spacious and the private toilet ans shower was great.

During our two week stay we could not get a seat by the swimming pool tried on several days that we did not go out. Always overcrowded eventually we waited till after 5pm to be able to find a space. This was extremely disappointing. The swimming pool is too small for the amount of people staying on site and we were surprised how many eurostar and holiday chalets there were we thought this was predominantly a camping/caravan site. We would not return because of the issues with the pool.

General :

This was our third time visit La Garangeoire and we were so impressed with the improvements, the new walk way and cycle path near reception and the beautiful flowers. There is so much love by the owners and staff for the site and that is evident in the care and attention to detail. This was our first time booking directly with the site, the booking and information received prior to the stay was fantastic.

The pool complex is too small for the size of the site. More cycle only or walkway only paths to be placed on site.

Lovely accommodation, it was clean and we liked the outside covered area which gave plenty of shade.

General :

Great pitch, shower block fine, good little shop, takeaway good and reasonably prices, great pool area and great children's play area. Good bar and children's entertainment.

Water fountain unreliable- not worth the money. Staff were unwilling to re credit you when it didn't work. One or two noisy pitches after midnight. Would definitely stay again though.

So much for the children to do both at the campsite & nearby means parents also get to enjoy their holiday.
