Kamperen in een kasteeltuin. Het is even indrukwekkend als het klinkt.

Water- en elektriciteitsaansluitingen op elke plaats. Niet knoeien met veel te lange verlengdraden of ver lopen voor fris water.

Peaceful and well laid out pitches

Showers far too hot anytime of the day. Too have the bar open more evenings next to the pool even if just for couple of hours at the beginning of July

We were visiting for the first time and loved the whole experience! The site is beautiful, well managed and the facilities are very well looked after. The courtyard bar area is such a relaxing place to be. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We will definitely return and tell our friends as well. Thank you, it was a great start to our touring holiday

A superb and well maintained site with immaculate facilities. It was our first visit but it won’t be our last. We only had a two night stopover on our journey but we were very impressed.

A large pitch with plenty of shade especially grateful in the hot weather. The use of a fridge was an added bonus but not required this stay, but B picnic table and deck chaired were well used.

General :

The ambience, cleanliness, facilities for all tastes and ages. Fantastic swimming pool. Great woodland walks. The main building is stunning as are the converted outbuildings. Shop well stocked with efficient friendly service. Lady owner was efficient in changing our pitch to a more shaded area. Gentleman owner very busy and engaged. Keen to sort out issues & promote enjoyment

The pool bar area is welcoming but was only open one evening during our stay. It then reverted to a bar area by reception. To be candid this was somewhat sub optimal and didn’t fully meet our expectation. We assume we were slightly pre main season and you were still “gearing up”. We would be confident that with your clearly apparent attention to detail you will ffx this. Overall a great stop, highly recommend.

General :

Picturesque, quiet, fabulous facilities. We stayed in on a simple pitch which was perfect for our few days on site. The weather was particularly hot for June so the pool and the shade of the pitch was a welcome relief. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff must be amazing because the showers and toilets were spotless at all times. This site is definitely on our list for a second visit.

Simple pitch with shade for 2 persons in a small camper van

The drinking water facilities could be better marked. We were told to use the water at the end of the barn where the grey/black waste is deposited. It was a bit off putting to use a hose that people had used to clean out their toilets with. We saw people putting the hose right inside their toilet cassettes. Perhaps a separate drinking only tap (without hose) in that area would be more hygienic.

General :

Tim and Jane, the owners, have got this site just right and are so welcoming and helpful. Within the grounds of a lovely chateau and on the edge of a forest. All pitches are large and well-kept, Showers/toilets always immaculately clean. Lovely heated outdoor swimming pool at the Orangerie Bar area, There is also a central courtyard area with burger bar, milk bar serving beverages, and games room as well as reception. Fresh bread, croissants etc can be ordered for the following morning, provided by the local bakery. Plenty of places nearby to visit.

Large pitch with picnic table, parasol, deckchairs and a fridge provided, There would normally be a charcoal barbecue on the pitch too, but due to the recent very high temperatures and proximity to the forest, these types of bbq had been banned by the local government for the time being for obvious reasons. You are allowed to pitch up in any orientation to suit yourself.
