Tout etait parfait Le personnel accueillant et symphatique Le mobil home de luxe au fond du camping face aux vignes et au calme. Le tout proche de la piscine. Très très bon séjour, nous avons apprécié.

L'hébergement etait très bien Fonctionnel pour 2 avec une très belle terrasse face aux vignes, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (table, chaises, chaises longues étendoir a linge)

Stayed here for 5 nights.. Pool, snack bar and bar all fantastic. Restaurant is amazing had two beautiful meals and was served by Laura who was so lovely and helpful.

We had a shaded pitch which we were greatful for with such high temperatures.

Pitched are to close together, because of this your neighbour can hear a pin drop. One evening my husband and myself were talking in the awning no music, just talking. Our neighbour in a trailer tent came to tell us to be quiet as it was quiet time at 10pm. I wouldn't have minded so much but it was 10.30 pm and you could clearly still hear the music coming from the bar.

Bien et propre

General :

Abbiamo apprezzato la nostra mobil home comfort in quanto ben arredata, pulito e fornita di tutto il necessario. La zona piscine e la manutenzione generale della struttura. Animazione gradevole peccato fosse solo in lingua Francese. Nelle vicinanze supermercati LIDL e LeClerq. Spiaggia di Cogolin a 15 minuti. St.Tropez a 20 minuti di macchina.

Il personale alla reception è molto freddo nei modi quasi scocciato, mi aspettavo più disponibilità. La zona ristorante e dove si tengono gli spettacoli non è molto curata. I bagnini, poco cortesi, non vigilavano su i comportamenti maleducati di alcuni ragazzini che si tuffavano schizzando le persone sulle sdraio.

40m2 Chalet luxe... 2 bäder und 2 Toiletten *****

General :

Belle région mais trop peuplée a mon gout difficile de circuler avec les travaux de voirie. A St Tropez nous avons été obligé de faire demi tour car tous les parkings étaient saturé. Nous avons pris une navette fluviale le lendemain mais nous avons raté le fameux marché de St Tropez.

Des infos supplémentaires pour nous éviter se genre de désagrément.

Excellent mobil home, très bonne literie.

Animation moyenne, manque de détails dans le descriptif de l'application. Détails qui nous aurait permis de choisir à l'avance les soirées. Mais merci quand même aux animateurs pour leur dévouement.

La proximité

General :

The tidiness around the campsite is wonderful and aqua aerobic crew is good to engage everyone

The loud music until 23.30 and the teenagers walking loudly around the campsite late at night. The karaoke night was the worst night to sit outside. The campsite was much more quiet last year in the same period. It would be more acceptable if the music stopped when bar closed at 23.00

We like the type of mobile home and its facilities.

Had issue with airconditioning, and had to wait 2 days before a technician was called. Reported the issue Sunday, and the receptionist didn't take it serious and didn't report the issue, Monday the camp crew took a look and concluded that they weren't able to do anything about it and it wasn't a programming problem, and therefore the technician was called, as we told them. The technician cleaned the filter and it was better. Sunday we asked when the clean towels was planned to arrive, we were told that it was planned for Monday, we had to ask again Monday night where the new towels were?
