Nachdem wir zur Anreise in die Bretagne eine Nacht auf dem Le Brevedent waren, sind wir zum Abschluss unserer Rundtour noch einmal für 4 Nächte zurückgekehrt, weil es uns dort so gut gefallen hat. Der Park ist wunderschön. Die Stimmung sehr entspannt. Die Stellplätze sind super. Sicher werden wir noch einmal wieder kommen.

Unser Stellplatz war geräumig, eben und von verschiedenen Bäumen und Sträuchern gesäumt. Privat aber nicht total abgeschottet. Ganz so, wie es uns gefällt.

Pretty much everything was spot on! There was such a nice atmosphere, it so relaxing, there were so many lovely and original touches. Super friendly hosts, we loved the events, loved the ambiance, loved the provision for kids. A real community feel. We can’t wait to return!

The showers in our nearest block were pretty unsatisfying (but then we found others that were much better so all good in the end!)

The Jazz band on Sunday by the cafe was brilliant. Happy, Calm, friendly and sociable environment. Located in Lovely countryside which was great for cycling.

Toilet paper completely ran out in all toilets twice. All the Showers were not user friendly: they kept switching off after 10 seconds (2 seconds in one case) and the press button to turn on the shower was two steps away from the shower. The shower cubicles are Very badly designed and unsafe; to have to move to the switch on a slippery floor. A health and safety inspector would close them down.

Quiet, spacious, convenient and picturesque. Good location for cycling exploits.

Toilets and showers were inadequate for the size of campsite, so toilet paper ran out twice in all toilets. Showers were unsafe.

Geweldig personeel hierdoor gezellige camping, sanitaire uitstraling mooi. Veel goed georganiseerde faciliteiten: restaurant, bar, entertainment.

Hoewel sanitair goed schoon, wel wat verstoppingen en kleine mankementen.

Redelijk wat schaduwplekken beschikbaar, stroom binnen handbereik.

Beperkte wateraftap punten, wel veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen ( wij vonden dat gezellig).

Algemeen :

The site is beautifully laid out and landscaped around a fantastic old manor house. We loved the chickens wandering around and the swallows swooping overhead. The music evenings were magical, everyone sitting on deckchairs or blankets on the grass beside the cafe. Even if you had small children, you could still stay at your pitch and listen. The pitch we were on had plenty of room and we enjoyed eating al fresco. The playground for the kids was great too and the pool area was beautiful and clean, especially with the backdrop of the manor.

The lodge tent had plenty of room for a family of four and comfortable beds. The little bathroom had an amazing shower. The gazebo gave shade from the sun (or light rain!) and looked lovely at night when the string of lights lit up. The sink and cooking facilities were great, the two ring cooking hob was amazing.

I would have liked a ledge for the hob to stay on, it made me a bit nervous carrying it in and out of the the bathroom area in case it got broken. Also, a cupboard area outside the bathroom to store the pots and pans / food would be good.

Algemeen :

Plant ink workshop, pony ride, the rich grass, kind personnel, bird song in the morning, pleasant swimming pool, save place for young kids, well contained, very nice bread, bio products, best arrival with music on sunday. All was very nice.

Of course people need to use toilet in the night, many use the side door that is behind the tent but that causes extra disturbance. Maybe nice to close the side entrance in the night? Some prices in bar really overpriced for quality (croc monsieur, cappucino). Anyhow, these are not complaints, we had a lovely stay, but since you are asking, these are small tips.
